when you see
When reading Stephen King's novel On Writing, it was like being placed right in front of him. The tone was set as mellow, chilled and laid back. Who would have thought that one of the greatest horror story tellers of all time would be so serene and down to earth? Throughout his novel, he spoke of how he came into writing, how much enjoyment he got out of it, and also how it helped realize that there is more to life than alcohol. He even lets you into his own personal idea of a writer's "toolbox" and shows you how to get comfortable with your writing and to just let it flow freely even though it may sound like crap in the beginning.

1) Always talk about books in the present.
2) You are missing the word him in the sentence about alcoholism.
3) Flesh it out a bit?
